SHipping/delivery rates outside Memphis metro area are negotiable, we have delivered flats as far as New York.

As an example, most of the flats for a set like this one can be built with eight 4x10's, one 4x8, 6 wall jacks and 3 whalers/strongbacks. Doors, trim, and carpet are extra.
